We have held Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) status since 2010.
To be recognised as a trusted EU operator in terms of customs, each AEO is assessed by their national customs authority (in our case, the Italian Customs Agency) based on their compliance with the customs obligations and accounting criteria, as well as financial solvency.
In order to earn the AEO security certification, we also had to demonstrate our compliance with the appropriate security standards.

The different types of AEO certification are as follows:
AEOC (CUSTOMS) CERTIFICATE – SIMPLIFIED CUSTOMS PROCEDURES
AEOS (SECURITY) CERTIFICATE – SECURITY
AEOF (FULL) CERTIFICATE – SIMPLIFIED CUSTOMS/SECURITY PROCEDURES
The customs agency granted us the most comprehensive certificate: AEOF.
